Reimagine Automation is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. Reimagine Automation is a DBA of VettyV Designs LLC, located in Parker, Colorado.

Information We Collect

When you submit any form on this website, including the contact form, the discovery call booking form, or the free guide request, we may collect the following information: First and last name, email address, phone number, company name, and any information you voluntarily provide in message fields.

We do not collect payment information directly. All payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor, subject to its own privacy policy and terms of service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule your discovery call, deliver requested materials including downloadable guides, send service-related follow-up communications, and share relevant information about our services when applicable.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other use cases and will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS and Text Messaging

When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Reimagine Automation. We send two categories of messages, each with its own separate consent: informational and transactional messages, such as appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and replies to your inquiry; and marketing and promotional messages, such as offers, updates, and announcements. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Store Your Information

Your information is stored securely within our customer relationship management platform. Access is limited to authorized personnel. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

Third-Party Services

We operate using third-party platforms for customer relationship management, forms and scheduling, workflow automation, payment processing, and domain services. Each maintains its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with.

Artificial Intelligence and Data Handling

Reimagine Automation applies a Privacy-by-Design standard. When we build custom AI workflows or process operational data in the course of an engagement, we practice data minimization and select business and enterprise-tier tools configured to limit data retention and to prevent your operational data from being used to train public third-party AI models. We do not authorize the use of client operational data for public model training.

For engagements that require stricter handling, including zero-retention configurations, those controls are scoped and documented in your individual service agreement.

Email Communications

By submitting your information through any form on this website, you agree to receive communications from Reimagine Automation related to your inquiry or requested materials. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly at info@reimagineautomation.com.

Overview

Reimagine Automation provides AI automation, digital infrastructure build services, and managed marketing and operations services to small business owners and nonprofit foundations in the Denver, Colorado corridor and beyond. All service engagements are governed by a signed Managed Services Agreement between Reimagine Automation and the client. These Terms of Service apply to general use of this website and to prospective and active client relationships.

SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Reimagine Automation operates an SMS program that delivers informational, transactional, and, where separately consented, marketing messages. Use cases include appointment confirmations, scheduling and account updates, responses to inquiries, requested resource delivery, and occasional offers and announcements. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, after which you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or contact info@reimagineautomation.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain full ownership of their website content, copy, imagery, and contact data. Upon full payment and conclusion of services, all client-owned assets are delivered to the client's direct control.

Reimagine Automation retains ownership of all automation workflow architecture, trigger logic, system design frameworks, and proprietary build methodology developed in the course of service delivery. Configured systems are licensed to clients for use within their business. The underlying architecture, frameworks, and methodology may not be replicated, resold, or transferred to any third party.

Artificial Intelligence Disclosure and Output Disclaimer

Reimagine Automation uses advanced artificial intelligence systems and Digital Employees to architect workflows, digital assets, operational strategies, and marketing content.

Accuracy of Outputs. All AI-assisted advice, assets, operational frameworks, and code are provided on an "as-is" basis. Reimagine Automation applies a Human-in-the-Loop quality control standard to all deliverables. The client retains ultimate responsibility to verify, test, and approve all deliverables before operational deployment or public publication. Reimagine Automation disclaims liability for algorithmic errors, third-party platform variations, and AI-generated inaccuracies, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Ownership of AI-Generated Work. Ownership of AI-assisted deliverables follows the Intellectual Property terms above. Clients retain ownership of finalized, paid-for marketing assets and text copy. System architecture, trigger logic, and custom agent engineering prompts remain the proprietary intellectual property of Reimagine Automation, licensed to the client for use within their business.

Limitation of Liability

Reimagine Automation's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months immediately preceding the claim. Reimagine Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use of our services or this website.

Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

Reimagine Automation delivers services through and in conjunction with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for disruptions, outages, pricing changes, feature removals, or policy changes made by any third-party platform used in the course of an engagement. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to adapt to material platform changes within the scope of any active service agreement.

Force Majeure

Reimagine Automation shall not be liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or platform-wide third-party failures.

Confidentiality

Any information you share with Reimagine Automation during an inquiry, discovery call, or active engagement is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior written consent. Confidentiality obligations survive the conclusion of any engagement for two years.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved in good faith within thirty days of written notice shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Douglas County, Colorado under JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Legal Disclaimer

Nothing on this website constitutes legal or financial advice. Reimagine Automation recommends that all parties retain qualified Colorado counsel for review of service agreements before execution.

Discovery Services

The Diagnostic is a non-refundable discovery investment. If you elect to proceed to a Phase 1 Implementation engagement following the Diagnostic, the full investment will be credited toward your Phase 1 implementation fee.

Implementation Services

All implementation engagements require a non-refundable deposit upon execution of a signed agreement, as specified in your Managed Services Agreement. The remaining balance is due at project go-live, prior to delivery of site credentials and platform access. No refunds are issued for completed implementation work.

Managed Services

All managed services are subject to a minimum commitment term as specified in your Managed Services Agreement. Monthly fees are billed in advance on the first of each billing month, with a five-day grace period. If go-live occurs mid-month, the first month's fee is prorated based on the number of days remaining in the billing cycle.

Early termination within the minimum commitment term will result in the remaining monthly balance for the full term becoming immediately due. No refunds are issued for monthly managed services fees already paid.

Following the minimum commitment term, either party may terminate with thirty days written notice. You remain responsible for all fees incurred through your termination date.

Invoices unpaid after the due date may incur a late fee as specified in your Managed Services Agreement. Accounts unpaid for ten or more days may result in service suspension. Accounts unpaid for thirty or more days may result in agreement termination.

Service Offboarding

Upon any termination, Reimagine Automation will deliver all completed deliverables, access credentials, and transition documentation within fifteen business days. A 60-minute recorded offboarding call is included at no additional charge. DNS and hosting access will be returned to your direct control upon confirmed receipt of all assets.
